Some of the albums I synced from my computer don't show up in Photogene
Sometimes it takes a while before Photogene syncs with changes you made in your photo albums.
To force a sync, you should force-close Photogene and re-launch it.
Double-tap the home button, then long-tap on the Photogene icon until you see a little red circle above it (like the underground logo). Press this circle. See attached screenshot.

How can I transfer the edited photos back to my computer?
In order to retrieve your saved photos, you’ll need to use a computer application that can connect to a digital camera – such as Picasa (free on Windows and Mac) or iPhoto (Mac only). When the iPhone is connected to your computer, it represents itself as a digital camera. These applications will detect the iPhone and allow you to retireve saved photos from it.
