How to save an edited Photo?
To save a photo you need to press the done icon (the most bottom icon that looks like a marked check-box) and choose save. Before saving you can change the output resolution via the resolution menu or just leave at at the default setting - the original resolution of the photo.
Where are the edited photos saved to?
Photos edited with Photogene are always saves a fresh copy of the photo to the iPhone camera roll or to the iPod's saved photo library. This applies even if the photo was loaded from another album.
I can see a photo in the camera roll / saved photo screen but I can't find it when I open the library?
Your device may have a temporary lack of memory. Simply turn it off and then restart it. Save the photo again. You'll now be able to see the edited photo.
The photo I saved looks blurry, what can I do?
Turn off your device and then restart it. Try to save the photo again. In almost all of the blurriness cases rebooting solves the problem. If It doesn't work try to reinstall Photogene – delete the application from both your device and your computer and then download it again from App Store (Apple doesn't charge twice for the same app)

How to change fonts and colors?
To change fonts and color choose one of the template styles use one of the designated buttons at the bottom to bring up more color and font options. You can determine the colors of the outline, fill and text separately and pick one of five different font styles.
How to add text without borders and fill?
If you don't want the borders of the symbol or its fill to be seen press the outline and / or fill buttons (one at a time) and choose the first color icon (the one in the top-left corner). This icon means “no color”.
How to add text?
Double tap the symbol to enter text or delete it. A return and alignment buttons will give you more control over the text lines. Press Done when finished.
How to create a text bubble?
1. Press the star icon on the tool bar.
2. Press one of the symbols on bottom of the screen (don’t lift your finger) and when the icon is enlarged, drag it and place it wherever you like on the screen. Roll the symbol bar to the left for more symbol choices.
Sometimes a photo saved to the camera roll / saved photo library looks cut. What is wrong with it?
There is nothing wrong with the photo. Sometimes the photo viewer doesn't present the edited photos as it should. Zoom out with 2 fingers and you'll see the full picture.
How do I delete last session?
You don't need to delete last session. Once you choose to edit a new photo the last session is deleted automatically and replaced with the new one.
How do I edit a new photo without quitting the app?
To edit a new photo you need to press the done icon (the most bottom icon showing a check-box) and choose to take a photo or edit a new photo.
How can I move photos from the Saved Photos / Camera Roll to another album?
You can't move photos between albums directly. You need to synchronize with your computer, rearrange your albums and then synchronize again.
In which resolution Photogene saves edited photos?
Photogene saves at the original resolution of the photo edited in iPhone 3G or in any other resolution picked on the save menu, unless cropped. In these cases the resolution depends on the area cropped.
Does updating the application cost money?
Currently updates are free.
It takes a long time for the message box to appear on the start screen. Do I have to wait till it loads?
You don't need to wait till the message box loads. Once you press your choice (take photo / edit new photo/...) it stops loading and the next screen appears.
